📜 Terms & Conditions of the Affiliate Marketing Program (Affiliates)
1️⃣ Definition
A program that allows marketers to refer new customers to Koabz in exchange for a commission, in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2️⃣ Eligibility
• The program is available to individuals and companies.
• Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided.
• Koabz reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating reasons.
3️⃣ Commission Calculation Mechanism
• The commission is calculated as a percentage of the order value (before tax).
• First order: base rate.
• Repeated orders: reduced rate.
• The commission is valid for 12 months from the date of the customer’s first order.
4️⃣ Commission Eligibility Conditions
• The customer must be new and must not have previously dealt with Koabz.
• The order must be completed and the full amount paid.
• Commission is not calculated on:
– Taxes
– Discounts or special offers
5️⃣ Commission Payout
• Commissions are paid out periodically.
• A minimum payout threshold must be reached.
• Payments are made via bank transfer or an approved payment method.
6️⃣ Suspension or Cancellation Cases
• Misuse of the program.
• Providing misleading information.
• Any activity that harms Koabz’s reputation.
Koabz reserves the right to suspend the account or cancel commissions in case of violations.
7️⃣ Modification
Koabz reserves the right to modify commission rates or terms with prior notice.
ℹ️ Important Note
Customers may benefit from the Customer Loyalty Program in parallel with the Affiliate Marketing Program, provided that each benefit is applied according to its independent terms, and no direct discounts are combined on the same order.
Affiliate Marketing Program
Affiliate program terms allow earning commissions by referring new customers under specific rates, provided the customer is new and the order is completed. Commissions are paid periodically, with possible adjustments or cancellations upon violations, excluding taxes and discounts from commission calculations.
📜 Terms & Conditions of the Customer Loyalty Program
1️⃣ Definition
A program that allows customers to collect points in exchange for their purchases, which can later be used as benefits or credits.
2️⃣ Points Earning Mechanism
• Points are calculated based on the order value (before tax).
• Points are added after the order is successfully completed.
3️⃣ Points Usage
• Points can be used on future orders only.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points cannot be used as a discount on the same order in which they were earned.
4️⃣ Points Validity
• Points have a defined validity period.
• Unused points expire after the validity period ends.
5️⃣ Exclusions
• Points are not earned on:
– Taxes
– Special offers or exceptional discounts
6️⃣ Program Modification or Cancellation
Koabz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program without prior obligation.

Customer Loyalty Program
The loyalty program allows customers to earn points on purchases (before tax) to use on future orders, with no cash redemption. Points have an expiration date, exclude taxes and promotions, and Koabz reserves the right to modify or terminate the program.
