  • Customized or printed products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

  • The customer acknowledges that there may be slight differences in color, printing, or materials due to variations in monitors or manufacturing processes, and these differences are not reasons for return or compensation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided upon order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product type and level of customization.

  • Koabz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.

  • The responsibility and risks of the products transfer to the customer as soon as they are delivered to the shipping company or the agreed-upon party.
